Insurance & Payment
Do you accept motor vehicle accident (MVA) cases?
Yes. We treat patients injured in car accidents, Uber/Lyft accidents, and pedestrian/cyclist accidents. Treatment is billed directly through your PIP (Personal Injury Protection) insurance or the at-fault driver's insurance — most MVA patients pay $0 out of pocket. We work directly with personal injury attorneys throughout Hudson County. Call (551) 222-3346 if you've recently been in an accident.
Do you accept workers' compensation?
Yes. We treat workers' comp injuries from any New Jersey employer. Care is billed directly through the workers' comp carrier — patients pay nothing out of pocket. Common cases include lifting injuries, slip-and-falls at work, repetitive strain, and construction injuries.
Do you provide permanent impairment ratings for personal injury cases?
Yes. Dr. Ralph Scianni is a certified Permanent Impairment Rater using the AMA Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment (6th Edition). We provide formal impairment ratings for motor vehicle accident cases, workers' compensation claims, and disability cases. We also screen for concussion and traumatic brain injury using the Impact Quick Test. These evaluations are critical for personal injury cases and are accepted documentation by personal injury attorneys throughout Hudson County.
What insurance do you accept?
We accept commercial health insurance (most major plans), personal injury (MVA), workers' compensation, and cash pay (HSA/FSA accepted). DOT physicals are cash only at $75 flat fee. Call us at (551) 222-3346 to verify your specific plan.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. For cash-pay patients, we offer package pricing that reduces per-visit cost (e.g., 5 shockwave sessions for $325, saving $50 versus single sessions). Payment plans are available on request for longer treatment courses.

Do I need an appointment or can I walk in?
Walk-ins are welcome during clinic hours, though booking online guarantees a time slot. Same-week appointments are almost always available. New patients can book at myoaxis.janeapp.com or call (551) 222-3346.
What should I expect at my first visit?
Your first visit includes a full consultation, exam, diagnosis, personalized treatment plan, AND same-day treatment — all included in the $99 initial evaluation fee for cash-pay patients. Treatment on day one typically includes a chiropractic adjustment plus 1-2 therapies chosen from shockwave, laser therapy, cupping, electrical stimulation, or soft tissue work. No hidden fees.

Do you speak Spanish?
Yes. We have Spanish-speaking staff on site during all clinic hours who can assist with patient intake, treatment discussions, scheduling, and any communication during your visit. Walk-ins and appointments welcome.

Yes. Dr. Nouf Al-Rawashdeh is fluent in Arabic and provides direct care in Arabic for patients who prefer it. Both new and returning patients can request appointments with Dr. Nouf specifically.
